Cancellation and Refund policy: The reservation must be cancelled by the person that made the original reservation, directly to Baja Hotels and Resorts or Hotel Quinta Terranova. Date of cancellation is when Baja Hotels & Resorts, or Hotel Quinta Terranova receives notice of cancellation. All negotiable documents must be returned before refunds can be processed. Once Baja Hotels or Quinta Terranova have received monies on reservations, up until 7 days prior to arrival, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. If cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of (1) one night will be assessed, to cover non-recoverable expenses levied by hotel. |
